I missed seeing you Sunday morning and I’m sorry because I just wanted to say again how wonderful everything you and Ben did for Blake and Shea was. Everyone had such a good time. The last thing they said before leaving the house yesterday was that their wedding was perfect. That’s all I needed to hear! You did a tremendous job. Your staff was so professional and nice. Thank you for all your extra touches and believe me I took in everything. The arbor was beautiful. The food was delicious, the presentation, exquisite. The SHRIMP! WOW! One of the sentiments in their guest book was “A True Southern Wedding”. It was so impressive, and thank you Keri, for the kindness, patience, concern and making a dream come true for my daughter.

This is a small Thank You from the Officers, NCOs and Troopers of the 2-108th Cavalry Squadron for a very professional event. Throughout the entire experience, your hospitality to the Troops of the Squadron was nothing short of professional and the food served was absolutely the best I’ve ever eaten at a Military Social Event. The 1st Annual Cavalry Ball was truly memorable and again I would like to thank your organization for being dedicated and very flexible which helped to instill our success. Hi Keri,
I can’t believe our wedding was a week ago! Time flies. I want to thank you and your crew for giving us such an awesome experience. I could not believe it when you told me that evening, that we were one of three events that you were catering that day. You made us feel as if our event was the most exciting thing you had done. I felt like it was personal to you. Everyone in your group seemed to be as excited as we were to be at the reception. Your employees were friendly, courteous, and they smiled all the time. They were on the spot whenever anything was needed especially when it came to cutting the cake. That was above and beyond. The two young ladies that rescued my sister from having to cut the wedding cake were so professional. My sister said that she stepped back and watched them slice that entire cake into beautifully cut servings in minutes! And our guest wasted no time in enjoying it.
The food was delicious. The black-eyed pea cakes were a hit as well as the beef and chicken skewers. I have to tell you that the avocado mango bruschetta was my favorite. Everyone thought that the menu was so unique and fun. I had several people ask about your services.
Keri I could go on and on, but for me it was your personal attention that really made the difference. You attended to so many things for me, coordinating with Annette on the room arrangement, the table rentals, even the décor. It was all that I could have asked for. And most importantly, it was all that Lauren could have dreamed. Lauren was so happy. She said that it was perfect, that she and Grant had so much fun. That was the goal and we did it. Thank you again for helping us have such a great wedding day.
